POLISH/LIGHT DEBURR: This media can be utilized for achieving a polished or lightly deburred surface finish when paired with appropriate compounds. It demonstrates excellent wear characteristics and is capable of producing finishes ranging from polished to lightly matte.
PREPLATE: Offered in two compositions, this lightweight media creates an extremely smooth matte surface. It provides outstanding pre-plating or polishing finishes and is durable over time.
GENERAL PURPOSE: Offered in a variety of standard compositions that can be utilized in a wide range of applications. It effectively removes metal while retaining its shape and minimal wear. This media commonly results in high-quality finishes that are well-prepared for anodizing or painting.
FAST CUT: Provided in a range of formulations for fast metal removal using compositions that minimizes media loss. Some formulations contain zirconia abrasives, while others have special proprietary abrasives. The resulting surface finishes can range from matte to smooth.
