The OR Series features a curved, polyurethane-lined bowl that fully immerses parts, providing options for both gentle and aggressive deburring. Integrated urethane drain plates and a constant spray system maintain cleanliness as parts rotate within the bowl. Ideal for batch processing, these machines are often paired with an external screener for seamless discharge and separation of parts and media.

When parts and abrasive media are introduced into the flat-bottom bowl, the vibrating action initiates millions of micro-collisions, effectively removing material from edges and corners. A blend of water and finishing compound ensures that residual particles are thoroughly washed away, resulting in a clean, smooth finish.
