MOD-U-BLAST P- Series
Offered by Finishing Rx, the Mod-U-Blast® “P Series” Pressure Dry Blast Cabinets are expertly engineered to deliver high production efficiency, significantly outperforming standard suction blasting models such as the “S Series” with their exceptional speed. These advanced cabinets are controlled by a Pneumatic Valve operated via a foot pedal, providing safe and precise management of blast media flow, direction, and velocity. Users can work at gentle pressures ranging from 10 to 20 PSI for delicate tasks or ramp up to intense cleaning pressures of up to 110 PSI. This versatility highlights the Pressure Cabinets’ superior performance compared to traditional Suction Systems, which typically require higher minimum pressures of 30 to 40 PSI.
The Mod-U-Blast® pressure cabinets are equipped with an M-Valve metering valve for precise control of media flow to the mixing point where abrasive meets air flow. The inclusion of an auto-air valve/blow down system, controlled by a foot pedal, ensures smooth and efficient operation. These cabinets also offer flexible options for inside and/or outside track assembly, as well as set-in turntable configurations. Standard turntables can support up to 700 lbs, while custom turntables can accommodate up to 2000 lbs, catering to the cleaning needs of larger and heavier components. These turntable systems not only enhance worker convenience, comfort, and productivity but also significantly reduce glove wear, hand injuries, and operator fatigue.
The customizable configurations of the turntables provide tailored solutions for diverse operational needs, making the Mod-U-Blast® Pressure Dry Blast Cabinets ideal for a wide range of blast cleaning applications.
