The HZ-330 from MFI stands as the largest capacity full-size industrial finishing machine in the lineup, offering considerable space for processing parts efficiently. Featuring long and deep barrels, this machine is specifically designed for those requiring the processing of higher volume or larger parts. The inclusion of a cover lift enhances user convenience by simplifying the lid removal process from the barrels.
The machine provides precise control over the tumbling process through variable frequency control, enabling adjustments up to 115 RPM for tasks ranging from simple polishing to aggressive deburring and radiusing. Moreover, the HZ-330 offers extensive customization options, including a touchscreen control panel, parts separator, drain pan, infrared safety curtain, and more, ensuring adaptability to meet specific finishing needs.
Featuring four 40.75” wide by 11” diameter barrels, the HZ-330 boasts significant capacity and efficiency compared to MFI’s compact centrifugal barrel tumblers like the HZ-40. Each barrel can be divided into 30 individual chambers, ideal for accommodating wider parts and facilitating meticulous separation to prevent part-on-part impingement. The removable lids, secured with cam locks, and the air-driven cover lift controlled by a toggle switch on the panel streamline operation, while the auto door feature allows for effortless lid opening and closing with the press of a button.
