FMDF 1000 – 3 Head
The FMDF 1000 provides the same cost-effective and space-saving benefits as the FMDF 500, but it comes with three process heads for unmatched value in processing. This machine is perfect for work cell environments and is the top choice for drag finishers globally. It excels in the pill punch polishing, cutting tool edge-prep, honing, and polishing industries.
Additionally, the FMDF 1000T, our specialized cutting tool model, features three, four, or six-position third-axis tool holders compatible with our standard collets, accommodating tools up to 1″ in diameter, with larger collets available upon request. With our standard tool holders, the DF 1000T can handle up to 18 tools simultaneously. We also provide turn-key packages tailored to specific industry needs.
