Our innovative Safety Enclosed Housing is equipped with protective features to minimize the risk of accidental contact with the drive mechanism, ensuring a safe working environment. Additionally, this safety housing provides a shield against injuries that may occur when raising or lowering the barrel.
Featuring a user-friendly hydraulic system (excluding the portable Model TB-1), our equipment effortlessly tilts the barrel through a complete 90-degree angle. The barrel loading height is strategically designed for easy loading of materials into the barrel, eliminating the need for strenuous lifting.
Enhanced with advanced functionalities such as an electronic variable speed drive, our exclusive “No Seam” vinyl barrel lining for superior cushioning, durability, and visibility, as well as robust welded construction, our equipment reduces handling requirements and ensures the most cost-effective finishing solutions. Easily adjust the barrel height for unloading onto standard screening or transfer equipment. Optionally, you can upgrade to the Power-Tilt feature (available on all models except TB-1) with a choice of hydraulic or electrically operated tilting systems controlled by a convenient push-button interface.
