Non Abrasive – High-density ceramic media for burnishing metal parts, long-lasting and non-abrasive. Ideal for achieving lustrous finishes, especially when used with a chemical accelerant like in isotropic finishing to achieve low Ra values
Light Cutting – A Long-lasting, clean-cutting high density media ideal for high-energy machinery. Suitable for producing smooth finishes, burnishing, polishing, and light deburring. Resistant to chipping, contains specialty abrasives.
Medium Cutting – High-density composition with good wear life and cutting action, suitable for high-energy equipment and standard vibratory finishing machines. Produces excellent finishes with a smooth, bright surface, offering better efficiency than standard density media. Available in various shapes and sizes, this durable and fracture-resistant composition can withstand pressures in large vibrators and high-energy equipment, enabling faster radius and deburring of parts.
Fast Cutting – High-density media with fast cutting qualities and fracture resistance. Enhanced cutting force with greater weight, effective for hard metal parts. Designed to reduce cycle times for burr removal and corner radiusing.
Ultra Fast Cutting – High-density ceramic media for the fastest cutting with short cycle times and low micro finishes. Specifically designed to minimize cycle times for quick burr removal, radiusing, and achieving low RMS finishes. Produces a fine matte finish.
