Nobles Turbo Spin-Kleen Washer/Dryer

The only spin dryer and parts washing combo system of its kind on the market, the Nobles Turbo Spin-Kleen combines the proven Nobles Spin Dryer and centrifugal technology with submersion and agitation parts washing principles. By using an external wash solution tank, the spin dryer work chamber fills with the wash solution and the parts are washed in the solution for the desired time. Once the wash cycle is finished, the wash solution is pumped back to the holding tank for reuse in the next wash. After draining the chamber, the spin dryer activates the centrifugal drying function, rotating the basket at high speed to expel the wash solution to the external walls, which is then drained and pumped back to the external solution tank. Like the standard Nobles Turbo Spin Dryer, the unit can be equipped with optional heating elements to speed up the drying process. The Spin-Kleen comes standard with 304 SS Construction and PLC/HMI for process parameters and controls. It is also available with various options such as customized baskets, soft start and stop, variable spread, and custom RPM gearing.
