Nobles “Turbo” Spin Dryer
Offered in six sizes, the Turbo Spin Dryer is a perfect addition to your manufacturing process. Nobles’ Turbo Spin Dryers utilize a removable round basket into which the operator places parts. Once the basket is full, it is placed into the rotating chamber drum, the lid is closed, and the process is initiated. Depending on the unit size, the spin dryer rotates at speeds ranging from 300 to 1075 RPM, generating centrifugal force that expels moisture to the exterior walls and drains out of the unit; optional heat elements can expedite the drying process. At the end of the cycle, our Nobles floor models employ a magnetic disc brake on the motor, ensuring better stopping and reduced downtime. The Nobles Turbo Spin Dryer sets the industry standard with numerous customizable options not available from the competition, such as complete 304 stainless steel construction, customized baskets, soft start & Stop, variable spread, custom RPM gearing, and PLC/HMI.
