The HZ-220 Centrifugal Barrel Finishing Machine functions like a Ferris wheel, with a one-to-one ratio of barrel rotation to turret rotation that generates centrifugal force. This high-energy machine efficiently handles deburring and polishing tasks by swiftly removing excess material, refining part surfaces, and delivering a uniform finish through the application of pressure and friction. Loading the four barrels with parts, water, compound, and media at 50-80% capacity kicks off the process. As the machine rotates, the barrels spin around the turret and on their axis, creating a sliding force within and achieving isotropic polishing in all directions, a level of consistency unattainable through manual methods.

Equipped with variable frequency control, the HZ-220 allows precise adjustment of tumbling speeds up to 135 RPM, facilitating anything from basic polishing to aggressive deburring and radiusing.
